Well just because at the moment you can't book these routes, it does not mean that these routes will be cut. Ryanair is still reviewing flight times, so quite a number of good routes are not set up for the winter schedule yet!
So please no panic, there is still plenty of time till the end of October. It's too early to speculate about route cuts in the winter schedule. And may I also say that some routes will only be cut for the winter period and reopened for the summer schedule 2009!

Oh I see, I thought that Ryanair launched all their winter timetable flights at the same time, is this a normal occurence?, any other examples of flights that haven't been loaded into the reservations system yet?

Yes there are quite a few examples. Also my little home destination Basle. BSL-NYO, BSL-DUB and BSL-VLC have not yet been loaded into the booking system.
Yesterday Ryanair signed a 2.5 Year ground handling deal with Swissport Basle, after their ground handler "Aviapartner" went bust at Basle Airport just a few weeks ago. Swissport took over for the moment and now they are definitely sticking to them!

Checked again and these routes will probably be cut at least during the winter season, it seems like FR are grounding aircraft in Barcelona, Madrid and Marseille this winter. Sad news as at least the GSE-GRO and GSE-MAD routes seemed to perform well, GSE-MRS was more seasonal. I hope those flight will be back next year

Re: New route
They are even cutting some flight frequencies with a load factor higher than 95% here in Porto. From 15 routes we will have just 11 this winter.

According to this swedish newspaper http://http://www.flygnyheter.se/2008/04/17/ryanair-lagger-ner-porto/ they cancelled the NYO-OPO , it was the longest FR route with a flighttime of approx 4hrs!
Well with the oilprice hovering att approx 144$/barrel it will be a tough future for air travel.
NYO are losing , Basel, Marseille, Pisa, Rimini, Rostock, Trapani och Valenica and Porto.

Any real evidence of this? Or are you just guessing? Rimini and Rostock are summer flights anyway (they'll be back next summer). And the Routes to Basel and Pisa are performing well, so I'd be extremely surprised if they were cut!
By the way, your article dates back from April this year. The Skavsta-Porto route was cut months ago!

I'm certainly not guessing, it's just what I read in this swedish article http://www.flygnyheter.se/2008/06/09/flyglinjer-laggs-ner-pa-lopande-band/ Where it says (translated by me) "If you check Ryanair's winterschedule you will notice that a lot of routes have been cut. In may Porto was cut and later this year Alghero, Basel, Marseille, Pisa, Rimini, Rostock, Trapani and Valencia won't be offered as destinations from Stockholm Skavsta Airport."
Well you never know, this is just what the article says....
