Special offer flights
It's been said that over 40% of flights are designated as special offer each month, does anyone know why this doesn't apply to all destinations? I am desperate to find special offer flights to Kaunas with free online check in to this notoriously expensive destination but none exist for the whole month of February. Could this be another example of ryanair misleading the public?
Could anyone please explain to me why Kaunas is always so bloody expensive? ( By ryanair standards)

Re: Special offer flights
Kaunas (Much the same as Riga) is a destination where most people go home to see family and friends. If you look at other places in the eastern block they are all expensive too, that is due to what I said. So its people living in a different country going home to see family that bumps up the price.
You could also look for flights from other Ryanair hubs like Bremen and Hahn, as my friend goes home to Finland and she finds it cheaper going via Hahn than going straight from Stansted

Re: Special offer flights
Some destinations are more sought after, and as a consequence, enjoy very few really cheap offers.
From Charleroi, it's not easy to find cheap tickets to Rome or even Girona, for instance.

Re: Special offer flights
Just to give a quick update, I found a flight to Kaunas for 1st March next year with FREE ONLINE CHECK IN!!! First time ever I've seen this, whole flight cost £51 and could've been £44 had I stayed one day more.
