UNABLE TO RETRIEVE MY BOOKING

Hi guys,

on January 3 I "booked" a flight from Düsseldorf to Milan; at the end of the booking process they gave me a reservation number but the flight was not confirmed because of THIS ISSUE and there was this message
"Your booking is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive an email itinerary. If you DO NOT receive an email itinerary please contact a Ryanair call centre for further information."
Even if the flight is not confirmed I should manage my booking from THIS PAGE. but an error aware me that my data doesn't exist....what??? why???

Actually the issue IS RESOLVED but I cannot manage my booking and currently they didn't take any money from my credit card.

I hope someone of could help me.

I had a similar problem to this problem before and I didn't get an email like I should have. HOWEVER, it can be resolved. Your reservation number will appear on you credit card bill if the booking was successful. If you get your bill before you're due to fly: a) you'll know whether the booking was successful, and b) you'll be able to retrieve the confirmation number and therefore check-in, etc.

Bottom line though, if, like you said they haven't taken the money from your credit card, then it wasn't confirmed and you'll have to book again.

Well when it happened to me, I re-booked because I didn't know that the original one was confirmed. I got a refund on the first booking because it was a computer error on their part. You'll need to write to them in that case though. But if your bill is saying that they haven't taken the money yet, I'll bet it didn't work.

They don't generally give e-mail addresses out to the public. If you write a letter and send it in the post, that's the only way, as far as I know. http://www.ryanair.com/ie/questions/contacting-customer-service

I've had similar problems. If you can't retrieve the booking and haven't got an email and there's no money taken out, then there's no booking, so go ahead and make another one before the price goes up!

After all this time, did they charge you the first payment??
