Credit/debit card problem
Hi just seeing if anyone here can offer any advice, though i think i have to ring the premium rate number..
on 24 January I tried to book a flight but gave the wrong address for my credit card. I did not get a confirmation email. I never got a confirmation at all; I am just repeating that.
When I realised i had given the wrong address for that card, I re-booked using another card. I figuted if you give the wrong address your card gets denied. Fair enough.
Now I have just seen that Ryan Air has in fact made two bookings for me, even though the first one was never confirmed by email. They have debited two different bank accounts of mine.
Can i fix this?
thanks
Ella

Re: Credit/debit card problem
Hi Ella,
My advice would be to contact Ryanair - I think that they are the only ones that would be able to help you here.
If you telephone 0871 246 0000 from a landline (from UK) - calls are quoted at 10p per minute - (but calls from mobiles and other networks may cost more). Lines are open Mon to Fri 0900 to 1745hrs.
It may be worth a try instead of calling the premium rate number which is £1 per minute minimum.

Re: Credit/debit card problem
When in doubt, I find it's a good plan to go on "Manage my booking" then "View my booking"
https://www.bookryanair.com/SkySales/FRManageBooking.aspx?culture=en-gb&lc=en-gb
and see what it says about it.

Re: Credit/debit card problem
I'm pleased to say this was resolved by phoning the number given by "Plain Crazy". Ryan Air were helpful and credited one of the bookings.
It seems a fairly common problem that people book themselves twice on the same flight. Mine was slightly different in that I used different cards for payment but Ryan Air could still see it was a mistake and gave me the refund due.
Thanks for replies.
