wrong name on ticket . help pls!!!

hello,

i just bought a ticket and i wrote name diana and family name only "b" instead of "bobocu". i had there two options "b" and bobocu and i don't know how the scroll choose "b" because i selected "bobocu". i saw after printing the ticket. i have to pay 100 euro to change that?
i tryed to call to call center but until monday they don't work. i don't know what to do? to wait until monday to get a resolution? to buy a new ticket? (

i need an answer quickly, plsss

well it's true the call center (that can be called from romania) is closed on weekends. what i can tell you is that a change from B to BOBOCU will probably cost 100 euros. you should check to see how much a new ticket costs and on monday morning call the call center, maybe they will make an exception and change the name with no fee...but i doubt it...they are pretty strict about the rules.
