Problems with online booking help

Hi, I will fly for first time with Ryanair soon. Everything with booking was fine, I make a decision to attach checked baggage later. After few days I go to Ryanair site, enter in my profile and attach the bag. But unfortunately in my credit card didn't have enough money for transaction. Now i have money in card, my profile is 'not confirmed'. When I tried to add a bag , there is pop up which say to call their call center.
As I see it Ryanair online system isn't so precise ...
Is there easy way to clear the situation?

I call today and everything is fine now.Call center should be optimized, I'm waiting for connection with assistance over 6-7 minutes . The important fact is that OK now .
If I was the Big Boss of company I should make online system more flexible, now is little outdated with this tel calls ...

Of course they make you wait, the call is very freaking expensive..

I call in call center in Ireland. In the site there is no price for calling, simple stationary country tel . For other countries there are prices over 1 euro/ min. When I check the bill for phone, I hope it doesn't break my heart.
