I read in a local newspaper the resumption of flights to Bydgoszcz (2x weekly), Växjö-Smaland, Stockholm-Skavsta (3x weekly), Agadir and Tallinn (2x weekly). Frequency will be increased on the routes to Bari, Thessaloniki, Venice-Treviso (3x weekly) and Riga (3x weekly). I found the frequencies in the Ryanair booking engine, not all routes have been opened yet.

Furthermore, Ryanair expects to rebase an aircraft at Maastricht within the next 2 years.

RYANAIR to fly to Castellon in Spain.

Ryanair to become first airline to fly to Spain's ghost airport

Budget carrier comes to rescue of Castellón airport, which opened in 2011 but lay unused for years and became an emblem of reckless spending before recession

Possible Routes: Bristol and London Stansted starting in SEP 2015

Let's soon see.
It doesn't seem to be publicly announced, though.

Interesting, I would be surprised if they do fly there.
Don't they need special permission (air operating certificate) to fly into countries not in the EU.
Or at least for those countries who haven't signed the open-skies agreement.
Is Ukraine in the open-skies agreement? (I know Russia isn't)

Ryanair seems to reopen Billund.

http://www.thelocal.dk/20150915/ryanair-changes-course-at-billund-airport

"The new routes will fly to Alicante, Barcelona, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, Malta, Budapest, Milan, Pisa and Rome. With the new destinations, Ryanair would make 41 weekly flights from Billund Airport.

A Ryanair spokesman confirmed the new destinations to check-in.dk but stressed that the airline’s schedule for summer 2016 had not yet been finalized."

Moreover I read somewhere else (can't find the source again) that Billund - Tallinn could be a new route.
