Asian Names reversed with Ryan Air Boarding pass

I've done my online check-in at Ryan Air to fly to Italy from the UK.
It is common in Asia to put fore-name last and the Surname first, e.g. Snow John instead of John Snow on a passport.

I unfortunately put her name the English way round, me being English, on her boarding pass, with her first name first. So the names are round the wrong-way to how it appears on the passport.

Do you think this will be a problem with Ryan Air or immigration?

If I have to pay for a name change will I have to pay twice as it is a return flight?

Please advise me.

no problem if you inverted the names....it happens all the time and it has never been a problem before
