What will be the 28th base of Ryanair?

I think it will be Bratislava or Porto, but the one with the most chances is Paris. So I choosed Paris.

Beauvais is the airport for Paris, and, yes, it's strange that it has not yet been made a base - with as a consequence that no early flights depart from there ....

Beauvais is a great little airport, I used to work there back in the '80's for a tour operator who had flights to there from Lydd and Coventry Airport - Summerplan - with the airline 'Janus Airways' - they really did do low cost - fly from Lydd to Beauvais, then coach to Benidorm 7 nights Half Board 3 star hotel £69 ! Including taxes and luggage!

I guess Mika has tried to guess the next Bases.

I believe Paris Beauvais has great potential, but the facilities are not in place to be able to cope with more passengers. The terminal has to be expanded and especially the gate area has to be improved.

I believe Bratislava, Riga and Wroclaw or Krakow have the better chances to be the first Ryanair Base in Eastern Europe. Porto is definitively a candidate as soon as TAP can be put to rest over this issue.

Personally of course I hope for Basel to be a base by 2009 with 2 or 3 planes stationed. There is also massive potential there.
