Refund on new credit card

Hello, I'm new and I need information, December 4, 2010 I was cleared for a flight to Madrid because the airport was on strike. In response to their e-mail I requested a refund of the reservation that I should do the same credit card which I paid. The problem is that was cloned credit card and I had to do a new one. How do I request a refund of the flight will be credited to the new credit card or a credit on my BankAccount? Do you have a fax number or address to request information (possibly in Italian). Hello and thank you.
