Crossing of arriving and departing passengers.

Post by RYRaddict on Sun 2 Jan 2011 - 17:26

Hello everybody.
I will probably book 2 "connecting" fligts with Ryanair in the future, and I'd like to know in which airports it is possible to reach directly the departure gates after a flight.
I know it can be done in Barcelona El Prat, Palma and Dublin (maybe not all the gates).
Moreover, it is important that they don't scan the boarding passes at the security. The only airports where my boarding passes have been scaned were London Gatwick and Alicante. Maybe you know a few others.

At Gatwick airport you can go straight to the departure gates....

When I had my flight from MRS to LGW in 2009 there was a corridor for the arriving passengers and it was parallel to the waiting rooms, but I don't think it was possible to go directly to the gates.
Maybe I was wrong, anyway there are not so many Ryanair routes at Gatwick, which means that the connecting possibilities are very limited.

I have done it at Dublin but some gates dependant on arrival terminal will mean you will need to again pass through security control.... and its the security that kills time.
