Website error - booking to Rijeka

I'm trying to book on the new Stansted-Rijeka route. I enter all the passenger info etc having chosen dates and get "an error has occurred please try again" after hitting enter. This happens on both my home and work pc, yet ryanair customer service tell me their site is fine and the problem is at my end. I think not. What should I do to make the booking ?

If the problem continue you can book your flight at the airport...but you will pay 20€ more for fees files......

what browser are you using? Internet Explorer works best with the Ryanair website.

I tried as well. It's true, it's not working. I'm getting the error when i try to go the payment page.

Maybe it's because the route is new and they are still setting it up, maybe some other reason. You just have to keep trying.
