I have not heard of the situation- but it seems only avheld.com are reporting the matter.

Blown tyre at take off... hmmm ... I blame all those hard landings

In the Belgian newspapers it was (unaccurately) described as a tyre burst on take-off from CRL and landing just after :

J'étais dans l'avion et peut vous confirmer que l'on a volé de Fuerteventura à Charleroi, et ce sans faire demi-tour. Le commandant de bord a annoncé un possible problème à l'atterrissage une heure avant d'atterrir. Le personnel de cabine a donc donné des instructions, assez claires par ailleurs. L'on m'a ordonné de m'asseoir à côté de la porte de secours pour l'ouvrir en cas de problème. Je fus déçu car j'ai toujours rêvé de marcher sur l'aile d'un avion.

I was on the plane and can confirm you that it was flying from Fuerteventura to Charleroi, and this without turning back. The captain announced a possible problem on landing one hour before landing. Cabin crew has therefore given instructions, clear enough. I was ordered to sit next to the emergency door to open it if there was a problem. I was disappointed because I have always dreamed of walking on the wing of an aircraft.
