Have Ryanair introduced the toilet fees yet ??

Last year their was "talk of" Ryan air introducing a fee of either £1 or 1 euro to use the toilets on their planes.

I have heard no confirmation that this has actually happened ?!

Can any of you frequent fliers enlighten me ?
