infant yet to born, reservation made, probable name change

Hi everybody,
I have a strange issue to share with you looking for some good advice:
I have made a reservation flight for me and my son.
He has not born yet, but anyway we have booked a ticket for him under the name "Pietro".
The day of the flight my son will be 1,5 months old, so he could flight.

The only problem that I have is the fact that maybe we won't give him the name "Pietro", but we will choose another name.

I have seen that online I don't have the possibility to change the name of the infant (it is possible only to change adults name): is this correct?
Can anyone give me some good suggestion about what to do in the case of "infant name change"?

Hi and good question?
Surely A name change is a standard fee regardless if it is needed for a Adult/Infant - I have not had to do this but it may require you contact them on the Telephone.
standard fees are-
Name Change Fee - Per Passenger-
Booked on http://www.ryanair.com -Per Passenger £100 or €100 Booked via a Call Centre or Airport £150 or €150


Passenger names can be changed via the following methods:

•Up to 4 hours prior to the schedule flight departure time via the Manage My Booking section of the website at a discounted rate. Please note - A passenger name can only be changed via this method before a passenger has checked in online.
•Alternatively a Ryanair call centre (subject to opening hours) can change a passenger name up to 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (Full rates apply). Please note - A passenger name can only be changed via this method before a passenger has checked in online.
•At the airport a passenger name can be changed up to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time (Full rates apply). Please note - A passenger name can only be changed via this method before a passenger has checked in online.

The name change for an infant is Free Of Charge. Usualy passengers put "Baby" instead of an actual name, but in this case it will be free as well. You have to contact the call center though, the change can't be made on the website.

Il cambio nome per il neonato e gratuito. Di solito i passegeri mettono "Baby" invece di un nome pero comunque, anche in questo caso sara gratuiro.
Devi chiamare il call center, la modifica non si puo fare tramite il sito.

As soon as we will have the baby in our hands with the real name I will contact ryan by phone in order to solve this issue.
From your experience, do you think I better call Ryan in Ireland or I can call Italian office?

Ireland, it's cheaper and they answer faster.
