Website problem?

Tried all morning to change a flight online. No joy. Firefox reports the redirect is in a loop! Tried IE9, Opera and Chrome. No joy there either. Getting a bit close to the day... Sad

Is there a way to report a Ryanair booking site problem without having to pay to do so?
