hand luggage

due to possibility of baggage handlers strike at girona can children under 12 take the maximum 10kilos on board

yes there is no problem ! 1 passenger = 1 hand bag, even if your kid is under 12 ! and maximum 10 kgs ! Smile

yes they can :

CABIN BAGGAGE

Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. (handbag, briefcase, laptop, shop purchases, camera etc.) must be carried in your 1 permitted piece of cabin baggage.

Yes, they can? It states excluding infants.. not including. Infants are kids under 16, so I'd say they can't, right?
