I've already heard planes arrive late to their destinations, and others tell me they arrive always before the schedule time.

Both Ryanair operates many flights a day, so not all flights are on time. More than 90% of Ryanair flights are on time (at least that's what Ryanair says). Therefore you can almost be certain you arrive on time.
