Names on boarding pass
Hi all,
First of all I would like you to know that I did check the terms and conditions of Ryanair myself, but couldn't find my answer.
From October 18 till October 26 I'll be taking 7 flights in total of which 6 are with Ryanair.
During the booking of one of the six flights, I made a stupid mistake.
Since my first flight with Ryanair I always had my both names on the boardingpass (like for instance Andy Jorik de G.)
Now, during booking of my flight from Pisa to Seville I only filled in Jorik de G., so not the first name in my passport (stupid me)
The name perfectly corresponds with my second in my passport though...
So, what do you guys say? Will this cause any problems?
Thanks in advance,
HollandRyanair

Re: Names on boarding pass
One can never tell for sure, but in my view, this could indeed cause a problem when boarding at Pisa.
Better safe than sorry : if I were you, I would contact Ryanair (before checking-in on line)

But perhaps others RFC members have a different opinion ? Let's hear them !

agree with the above stated, I too would try to solve this problem rather than try to rely on the luck.
Judging by the recent stories here RY seems to be friendly in these manners

Re: Names on boarding pass
Thanks, guys! Made the call and they changed it for a fee of 10 euro's. I'm happy, they're happy... I can now be sure that they won't refuse me while boarding at Pisa

Re: Names on boarding pass
@sandypops: same answer. You are likely to get through without any problems but I personally would be nervous
I donīt think they would refuse you to board the plane, but RY is always happy to make some money and if they find out, this is a very clear situation for them.
Also if they have to board the plane fast (big airports or later during the day when they have a short delay from the previous flights and donīt want to miss the slot), they rush the check in procedure. Then they donīt even check the dimensions or weight of the carry on.
That being said, you decide if your flight is worth risking or not.
