NIE and driver license are both not valid for travel, so bring your Korean passport. During online check-in you will have to fill in your data and it will ask you to fill in your passport number and where it's issued (Korea in your case).

Cheers

You definately need your Korean passport as Ryanair stress this on their :conditions of travel page:. Also be careful with dimensions of your luggage if travelling with hand luggage as they are also very strict on both witght and dimensions of baggage. Good luck!!
