Confirmation email received, BUT reservation No. invalid

Confirmation email received, BUT reservation No. invalid

I received an email as below immediately after I booked flights online (at least, i completed all processes and payment online and no error at all). The confirmation is with no detailed info of passenger and payments, reservation No. is invalid and can't be located in your homepage. Service No. always busy or can't get thru. Emails - no response. It's my first time to book Ryanair, not sure if standard template is without payment and passenger info.

Any one can reply if i book the flight successfully? If you googled, you will find so many typical cases happened, but I haven't found an answer yet.

IN ORDER TO TRAVEL YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN ONLINE AND PRESENT AT THE AIRPORT YOUR ONLINE BOARDING PASS AND VALID ACCEPTED TRAVEL DOCUMENT, PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT PRESENT A BOARDING PASS AT THE AIRPORT WILL BE CHARGED A RE-ISSUE FEE OF EUR60/GBP60(each boarding pass must be printed and presented on an individual A4 page).
Passengers can check-in online from 15 days up to 4 hours before each scheduled flight departure time.
