Manage booking error, money taken from the account

Hello,

I booked a flight so time ago! I got the reservation number with the status confirmed, but no itinerary mail came...
I add that the money were taken from my account!

When trying to enter the data on Manage my booking it says:
The details you entered in order to retrieve your reservation did not match those on record. Please verify the information is correct and try again.

So? What should i do next? I tried calling Customer services but no one answered even if I waited a lot....

Please, I really need some help...
