REIMBURSEMENT OF FLIGHT TICKETS

Post by mamma rosy on Thu 25 Oct 2012 - 13:14

hello, I had to fly with Ryanair in June but my son was caught pneumonia. Fortunately (?) That I had insurance, I called the call center 899 from Italy (twice line is dropped and while I spent 60 euro!) And told me to wait for the letter of absence, which comes AUTOMATIC AND FREE ! nn arrived after 15 days and then sent however the module 'OneClaim' (20 pages completed by the physician) to the insurance of Ryan air, but nn I had answers, so I wrote to Ryanair (via form) and told me to call the call center to ask the letter of absence, however, is paid!
I asked, wondering refund, but also took a doctor's certificate on plain paper .... eventually refunded about 235 650 euro on the flight I spent + 120 + 24 phone calls of a letter of absence ...
They said that the taxes to be reimbursed directly Ryanair Ryanair but the phone says that they do not pay, they sent me back to their insurance, which reaffirms that taxes shall reimburse Ryanair ....
If I did not INSURANCE AND WE WOULD HAVE EARNED IN HEALTH! Sad
