no email confirmation after purchase, do charged

Good evening, after payment of the reservation, appeared an error notification and not the booking confirmation.
Appears on the credit card payment, but have not received a confirmation email.
On the online site I can not see the reservation, How can I solve, since the payment is unsuccessful?
