Flight change/cancellation

I have booked a flight from East Midlands to La Rochelle on the 23 September. I would like to cancel this flight and book another completely different flight. Do Ryanair charge a cancellation fee (I've looked on their website and can't find anything). Do they make a charge if you simply don't turn up for a flight? What is the best way to go about this please?

No refunds are made if you cancel the flight or flights.

If you do not turn up for your flight - there are no charges.

I would advise you contact Ryanair direct as soon as you can to make any changes.

Refound because of FLIGHT CANCELLATION

Dear Ryanair,

In May 2014 I bought 4 vouchers for 50€ (total 200€) as a present for my wife. By those vouchers I pay our tickets for Barcelona from Vienna and back and I pay additional cca 19€ via VISA card.

You contact me yesterday about my refoud via mail. Because it is impossible to get in contact with you, speaking to you via the forum. To avoid future problems, I urge you to give me satisfy requests described below.

Thank you for new vouchers but after such unpleasant experience I don't want to fly with your company in the future. I expect your full understanding of this situation the same as I had to understand your flight cancellation due to a strike in France and solving the problem in the evening on the last day of my vacation.

We got the information of flight cancelation on tuesday, 24. 6. 2014 at 19.02, until we came to the hotel, where we could arrange everything regarding new flight the time was 20.00. At this time the next possible flight with Ryanair was on friday, 27. 6. at 20.00 and on saturday, 28. 6. 2014, during the few minutes that took me to decide about the new flight, the flight on friday was already sold out. I couldn't afford to stay in Barcelona until saturday, so I decided to book a flight with the flight company Vueling, on wednesday 25. 6. 2014 at 19.35. The cost for two tickets was 247,18 € in one direction. I hope you can guess how unhappy and disappointed were we (me and my wife). And now all this trouble around money refundation ... We expected a lot more from your company, better costumer services in this situations and of course understanding if a costumer with this kind of experience doesn't want to fly with Ryanair anymore.


As the best solution I propose that you transfer the money to my bank account (you allready have my account number, couse you make a refound of 18€ Sad. Otherwise I will have to solve our problem trough my lawyers.
