Names typed wrong!

Hello,


I've a big problem. One hour ago I booked a fligt for four persons, online. I used the callnames instead of the birthnames! (indeed, very stupid) I also typed one wrong letter in a last name.

What can I do? Will it cost money?
I hope for a quick answer!

As a rule, a change of name (if booked on internet) costs 100 euros ...

Seeing it's not a real change of name, but correcting a mistake made in writing the names, if I were you, I would phone my call center and explain the situation - perhaps they'll come up with a less costly solution to your problem.

Try going to your nearest Ryanair Airport, the ticket desk over there might be able to help you out.

I phoned the call centre, and they didn't make a problem! It was allowed to change twe characters in a last name, for free. The first names (calling names) didn't had to be changed for given names. They said it is no problem to check with 'wrong' first names.

But I've another (small) problem. I chose for 'online check-inn', but later I read on the website that I should be 18 to check in online. I, and all the other passengers are 17years old. Would this be a problem?

Wouldnt think it would be a problem seeing as if you are over 16 you are deemed an adult on Ryanair.
I have often selected on line check in and then actually checked in at the desk for no charge so you could try that if the on line thing doesnt work.

That's just if the airport doesn't have an ryanair sale desk.

A friend of mine is 16 years old and last time he checked in online before his departure from Charleroi. There where no problems, and he could check in online normally.
