What about a meeting?

Dear friends,

What would you think about a little FR fanclub meeting to talk about our experiences and - more interesting - to put a face on the members of this fansite?

Just brainstorming: I guess STN airport would be a good place as almost everyone will have a decent connection to London. Maybe we can wait for a free seat sale before we fix a date?

I think it would be nice idea :-) Actually there are not many free seats from Wroclaw to STN, but I can get there with little bit more expensive prices, or combine with other connections (part of another small circle mybe?). Previously I thought about some more interesting place, as STN was visited with most of us I bet. But as a first meeting would be ok. Then we could choose some other place, which could be connected with some relax, or short vacation
What about dates? Well, personaly I'm still a student, so something between june-july is out of my possibilities. Rest of them are more or less ok. In april I try to go to London probable, so could be perfect to connect it with this meeting
And how is it with site's birthday? As I know, it's in about september isn't it? I think it is the best opportunity to meet ourself, but I hope it won't be our first time

STN would be great, close to STN is Bishops Stortford, I know a great bar over there where you can buy great hamburgers!
Went there twice last year with my colleagues from work over the day. Why not set a date and time and we'll meet up at STN, do some sightseeing and take the bus to Bishops and have a lunch.

Aww...... NOT FAIR! I don't get to go on a Ryanair flight!

Then again the walk into town would do me good, I guess. I could give you a very insightful tour of Bishops Stortford if you wish. Then after the 5 minutes it would take, we could go to that great bar you mentioned.

Don't you mind if we meet somewhere in London? I mean, not every city has a daily or double daily connection with STN and even if, it's not very certain, that cheapest flights will be in exact day. What I have in mind is, that probable we'll go to UK for few days, so we'll stay in some other place than airport's suroundings will we not? I'm thinking about London, because it's most attractive place near STN and if I land there with my girlfriend, she make me to go there and probable break my bones if I change London for some meeting with strangers What do you think about my proposal?

We -admins of the Ryanair fanclub- where thinking of a meeting too.

It's a good idea to wait for a free seat sale.

I'm going to get 1 day free each week, and I think it would be each Wednesday, but maybe it's a problem for you all.

On saturday there is only 1 flight from Eindhoven to STN, on the working days 2: one in the morning and 1 in the afternoom.

@danieln: Are you writing a book? About Ryanair?

we should really meet in Dublin Airport (home to Ruinair) and then we will walk to the Ruinair head office with a banner that says 'We Love Ruinair' and then maybe MO'L will come out to meet us .....

Hahahaha great, you know what, my vote goes to Dublin! That banner idea was fantastic! Let's do it!
Dublin is Ryanair Territory, no better place to hold the meeting in. And with the banner we can show our support.
