I want to add a child to a flight

I booked my parents a flight to Birmingham and now they want to bring my child with them. He is 7 I thought I could just book a flight for him but you cannot book a childs flight on their own, could I put him down as an adult ???

Try to call the callcenter (with voip stuff). Trying to book another adult place would, I just suppose, resolve this since on then check-in online the required id fields should be filled in with the adult id data; but please call the call center. It's just an idea.

CALL Ryanair. When you check-in on-line, you will be required to input the passengers date of birth, although I have no experience of this, I can see there COULD be a problem, inputting a childs date of birth for an adult ticket.

Folks,

Just to let you all know I called Ryanair today and they were able to help me out. They put my child on the same flight and linked the 2 different confirmation numbers. It cost me €50 Not bad at all.
